As an Equity and MMM Analyst, you will play pivotal role delivering compelling insight & stories that help brands deliver greater impact, with a particular focus on MMM and equity insight.

Supporting marketing, brand, finance and leadership teams in global FMCGs & wider consumer business you will join a dynamic team.In day to day you will collaborate closely with insight practitioners, modellers and data & AI team members, both in the UK and Portugal, and with client teams globally.

Experience & Skills

Must Have’s

Brand Equity Insight, Experience:

• Building actionable equity insight, incl. taking brand teams through recommendations they can implement in their work
• Setting up Equity surveys /AI-brand tracks, including defining and testing Affinity categorizations with the client and market
• Overlaying Equity and brand insight in MROI / MMM Insight work – how does brand spend both perform in sales ROIs as well as support to brand equity

MROI/MMM Insight, Experience:

• Across Media and Trade Marketing & less bright touchpoints
• Mobilising and managing data assembly across trade marketing, media and semi-bright touchpoints
• Teaming with MMM Modelers – solid understanding of MMM/MROI models, how to team with the modeler(s) & QA results
• Assembling MMM Insight Packs –owning and building MMM insight packs – covering total business performance, price & promo insight as well as touchpoint spend

Wider Experience & Skills

• Undergraduate or higher degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, from a reputable University with a strong academic performance
• Autonomous and willing to take the ownership on their own projects
• FMCG / CPG sector experience – working with brand, finance or trade marketing teams
• Story-telling. Experience bridging the data, KPIs and results to explain the ‘Why, What does it Mean, What should we Do?..’
• Teamwork across teams & functions. Able to work strongly with colleagues across functions & locations e.g. insight, data, technology teams.
• Hypothesis-Driven Insight & Strategy Skills– starting with key questions and potential value, not with the data sources.
• Excel Strong analysis and data handling: incl. use of Pivots, data cleansing routines and conjoint analyses.
• PowerPoint Strong PowerPoint skills, helping bring insights and data to life.

Nice to Have’s

• Luxury, Pharma – working with brand, finance or trade marketing teams
• International experience – working across markets and cultures, navigating matrix organisations
• Using AI approaches in Insight, understanding limitations and where AI can play a role.
