JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the City of Westminster is seeking an Equity Derivatives Trading Services - Efficiency Strategy Associate to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and translate complex workflows into practical actions and measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with operational teams, design governance routines, and drive improvements that enhance risk-and-control transparency and adoption across the organization.

Competenze

• Experience in operations governance or process improvement in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of equity derivatives and the trade lifecycle basics.
• Familiarity with system workflows and tools such as Alteryx.
• Experience with AI analytics, workflow automation, or process tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and manage competing priorities.
