Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Middle Office / Trade Support.
• Understanding of equity derivatives lifecycle.
• ISDA/CSA knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with front-to-back operations.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and validate all trade flow for EQD including Cash equity, Listed Futures and Options, and OTC derivatives.
• Coordinate with Front, Middle and Back Office teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
• Engage with Clients and external counterparties to meet daily deliverables.
• Process corporate actions, post-trade and lifecycle events.
• Perform root cause analysis and suggest process improvements.
• Represent Operations in system enhancement projects and New Product Approvals.
• Interact with Audit, Finance, Product Control and Risk to ensure accurate trade capture.
• Assist and guide junior staff on complex workflows.
• Set up Product Static Data for Swap Business.
• Knowledge of Collateral Manager activity is a plus.
