Job summary

Dianaduggan is hiring an Equity Client Operations Analyst for a project in central London. You will join the Equities Client Operations team within Global Banking & Markets, supporting the full trade life cycle for cash equities, prime brokerage and synthetics.

Role focuses on trade management, increasing straight-through processing and reducing settlement fails to drive scale. Onsite, Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:30, 6-month contract, £250 per day (inside IR35).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Middle Office role.
• Product knowledge of cash equities and related products.
• Knowledge of global markets, CTM, DTCC, Traiana and prime brokerage.
• Excellent client service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Understand products across different global markets.
• Liaise with Sales to book trades and amendments promptly.
• Ensure timely allocation for executed trades.
• Identify and reconcile trade booking errors.
• Pre-match and manage fails and settlements.
• Focus on market allocations from pre-matching to settlement.
