This is a sizeable office with over 120 fee earners across various disciplines. You will join a wider corporate team of 16 partners, focusing on ECM with London market experience of IPOs from a leading US or UK firm. The firm specializes in sectors like life sciences, tech, financial services, media, food and drink, energy, infrastructure, luxury goods, and sports. It offers strong career progression, including internal promotions to partner, and maintains a collegiate office atmosphere. Compensation will be "mid-Atlantic" with an uplift over Magic Circle rates.
