Job summary

You will translate complex financial themes into clear narratives for media, clients and colleagues, manage proactive and reactive media relations, and support social media and internal communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Finance, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• Experience in corporate or financial communications, with capital markets exposure.
• Ability to translate sophisticated financial content into accessible messaging.
• Proven track record of multi‑channel communication campaigns for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support in developing and executing holistic, proactive comms plans for Citi's Equities business.
• Translate complex themes into clear narratives for media, clients and colleagues.
• Drive proactive and reactive media relations with financial press and outlets.
• Oversee social media content strategies and amplify thought leadership.
• Support internal communications to keep colleagues informed on equities priorities.
• Draft pitches, press releases, executive talking points, video scripts and client narratives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align comms with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Manage events, investor forums and communications across channels.
• Identify reputational risks and implement innovative visibility strategies.
