• Experience in high‑tech, precision engineering environments.
• Ability to fault‑find electrical, electronic and mechanical systems.
• Experience with hazardous gases and chemicals in safety‑critical environments.
• Strong documentation and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapid first-line response to equipment faults to minimise downtime.
• Fault finding, repair and preventative maintenance on lithography, etch, PVD, PECVD and MOVPE tools.
• Maintenance of gas delivery, exhaust and abatement systems.
• Safe handling of chemical and specialty gas systems per safety standards.
• Spare parts/inventory management to support equipment availability.
• Implementation of preventative maintenance to improve uptime.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, 6S, 8D).
• Accurate documentation of maintenance, risk assessments and procedures.
• Participation in production planning and engineering performance meetings.
• Support site emergency response activities.
• Forklift operation (training provided).
