The Role:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Equipment Resource Coordinator to join our scheduling team in Greenford, London. You will be responsible for the efficient allocation and delivery of equipment, working with internal and external teams to meet global rental demands.

Your main duties include scheduling, sourcing, and supplying rental items locally, regionally, and globally, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. You will collaborate with Rental, Sales, Inventory, Technical departments, and international branches.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage our scheduling system to maximize efficiency and fulfill rental requests worldwide.
  • Coordinate freight requirements, manage customs documentation, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Identify and resolve equipment shortfalls, and find innovative solutions for future needs.
  • Build relationships with external suppliers for cost-effective sub-rentals.
  • Work closely with various teams to pre-empt issues and ensure smooth operations.
