The Job:
- Perform replacement of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components
- Utilize technical support resources (operator, parts, and maintenance manuals, HowFactory, etc.) for troubleshooting and repairs
- Conduct Unit Condition Inspections and Reports
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Follow all safety practices and procedures
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and customers
- Complete all documentation accurately and timely

- Perform other duties as assigned
The Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift objects up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks like stooping, bending, and kneeling
- Dexterity and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Valid driver's license and ability to support overtime work
- Commitment to safety and quality
