Une entreprise de semi-conducteurs basée au Royaume-Uni recherche un ingé génieur Projet/Équipement pour jouer un rôle clé dans la transformation vers un OEM mondial. Vous serez responsable de la direction du développement de produits et de la collaboration avec des équipes globales pour influencer les nouveaux outils semi-conducteurs. Ce rôle combine leadership, collaboration technique et une approche pratique pour favoriser l'innovation dans un environnement Agile.

Qualifications

• Expérience solide dans l'industrie des semi-conducteurs, en particulier avec des systèmes PVD/CVD.
• Approche pratique et proactive avec un état d'esprit axé sur la résolution de problèmes.
• Compréhension approfondie de la conception mécanique et électrique.

Responsibilities

• Posséder et diriger la feuille de route de développement pour les systèmes de déposition (PVD/CVD).
• Coordonner des équipes interfonctionnelles pour superviser les projets de développement de produits.
• Maintenir une documentation d'ingénierie de haute qualité et promouvoir l'amélioration continue.

We’re looking for a Project/Equipment Engineer to join a leader in cutting-edge PVD and CVD system innovation, based in Scotland.

You’ll be joining an agile team at a key stage in its transformation — evolving from a refurbishment business into a global OEM with a cutting-edge product portfolio. This role is central to driving the next generation of tools, shaping the product roadmap, and ensuring engineering excellence across design, development, and delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Product Leadership – Own and drive the development roadmap for deposition systems (PVD/CVD).
• Hands-On Engineering – Lead and contribute to detailed design work across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
• Project Management – Coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee product development projects and improvements.
• Strategic Collaboration – Align engineering direction with global stakeholders and market demands.
• Documentation & Standards – Maintain high-quality engineering documentation and champion continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

• Strong experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly with PVD/CVD systems.
• Solid understanding of CAD, mechanical/electrical design, and vacuum/control systems.
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working in lean, agile teams — with ownership, initiative, and adaptability.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to engage global teams and communicate technical detail clearly.
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent practical qualifications.
