Job summary

A leading veterinary organization in the United Kingdom is offering a 12-month equine veterinary internship commencing in July 2026 and October 2026. This role provides hands-on experience in lameness investigation, anaesthesia, and diagnostic imaging within a supportive environment. Qualifications

• Veterinary degree and a qualified Veterinary Surgeon.
• Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to learn and commitment to high-standard patient and client care.

Responsibilities

• Integrate with the in‑patient care team, assisting with client communication.
• Help coordinate out‑patient appointments and support clinical procedures.
• Conduct lameness investigations and diagnostic imaging.
• Assist the veterinary team with routine and emergency caseloads.
• Complete a case report aimed at publication in a peer-reviewed journal.
