Three Counties Equine Hospital is offering two fixed-term 18‑month internships for recent graduates, starting January/February 2027. Qualifications

• Recent graduates or new graduates eligible for 18-month internship.
• Willingness to rotate through internal medicine, surgery, lameness and after hours.
• Strong interest in equine veterinary care and research.

Responsibilities

• Support with an inpatient and outpatient caseload including emergencies.
• Assist with anaesthesia, surgery and standing procedures.
• Participate in mares insemination (AI) and reproductive techniques.
• Engage in weekly CPD, journal clubs and mentoring.
• Contribute to research projects under senior clinicians.
