Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Equine Lecturer/Trainer for an on-site role in Northampton. You will deliver engaging training, run practical sessions, and assess learners working toward equine qualifications on a rolling 3-month contract or potential temp-to-perm.

The ideal candidate has current or recent professional equine industry experience, can coach and mentor learners, and can obtain an Enhanced DBS check. Teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential.

• Experience delivering FE/ apprenticeship-style teaching.
• Ability to assess learners toward relevant equine qualifications.
