Tangletree Stables in the East Midlands is offering an Equine Groom Apprentice role within a combined livery and horse training yard. The position involves general yard duties and opportunities to ride for suitable ability; full training toward a Level 2 Equine Groom Apprenticeship will be provided, with a dedicated industry training consultant and onsite visits, and an End Point Assessment at the end.

A combined livery and horse training yard. We offer a variety of livery packages from assisted DIY to full livery. Co-owner Chloe Pearson also provides livery for training/competition (predominantly Eventing) and sales of horses so there is always a variety of work and riding opportunities for a suitable candidate. We are a small team and so all work together to provide a very good service to our clients. We have regular visits from other industry professionals and aim to give any employee access to expand their knowledge.
We are offering an Equine Groom position. Applicants should be enthusiastic and hard-working, with an understanding of the commitment and compassion required to care for horses.
The role will consist mainly of general yard duties and applicants should be confident handling horses or varying ages/temperaments.
Riding is not essential but if of suitable ability there will be opportunities to ride.
A full time position or a Senior Groom Apprenticeship for the right candidate if available.
