Job summary

Police Scotland is seeking a dedicated professional to support the Policing Together Strategy and Co‑ordination department. You will oversee equality, diversity, inclusion and human rights across the force, advising on children’s rights and embedding these principles in service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience advising on equality, diversity, inclusion and human rights within a large organization.
  • Ability to embed equality and human rights principles in service delivery and policy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and advice on equality, diversity, inclusion, human rights and children’s rights across Police Scotland.
  • Support the Culture and Communities portfolio lead to ensure legal and ethical responsibilities are fulfilled and services are delivered inclusively.
