Job summary

The London Borough of Redbridge is seeking an experienced EDI professional to lead our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion agenda and drive lasting cultural change across the council. You will shape and deliver our EDI Strategy, embedding inclusive practices and strengthening employee voice through data and insight.

Working within the People & Culture Directorate, you will lead the development and delivery of our EDI Strategy, embedding inclusive practices, strengthening employee voice, and using data and insight to improve workforce outcomes. You will work closely with senior leaders, elected members and colleagues across the Council to ensure equality, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do.
