We are seeking an EDI Partner to join our UK Head Office in St Albans. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and advancing our existing EDI framework across our business, including Ireland, UK, and other European projects. Our purpose is to 'create places for future generations', and we aim to foster an inclusive environment for colleagues, partners, and communities.
You will be based at our St Albans UK Head Office with regular travel to other offices and project sites in Ireland, UK, and Europe. You will be a key member of our HR team, influencing and delivering our EDIB agenda as part of our culture.
