The Role: As the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our EDI improvement plan, as part of our new five-year organisational strategy, launching in April 2025. You will work closely with senior leaders, staff networks, and external partners to promote a culture of inclusivity and equity. Your responsibilities will include:
The role is 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri, and will involve a mix of remote and office-based working at the Trust Headquarters in Worthing, as well as some travel to our other sites across Sussex, when required.
