A leading healthcare organization in London is looking for an EPRR Training and Exercising Manager. This role involves supporting emergency preparedness training across the NHS in the London region and managing training initiatives. We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Emergency Preparedness specialist to join the EPRR team at NHS England – London Region, as a secondment cover for the EPRR Training and Exercising Manager role (AFC 8A) until 30 September 2026.
As EPRR Training and Exercising Manager the post-holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service, supporting managers and staff across EPRR in the London region, leading on exercising and training initiatives, developing resources for the EPRR function and ensuring that education and training opportunities are coordinated with multi-agency partners across the London Region and into the wider NHS.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.
Staff recruited from outside the NHS will usually be appointed at the bottom of the pay band.
As the EPRR Training and Exercising Manager, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the NHS in London as well as delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff within the NHS England – London EPRR team.
