You will also manage and develop a talented team, supporting their professional growth whilst ensuring high standards of service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute strategically to procurement transformation, systems development, supplier performance, and organisational efficiency within a complex and dynamic healthcare environment.

About You

You will possess extensive knowledge of procurement strategy, ideally supported by a professional procurement qualification such as CIPS, or equivalent senior-level experience.

You will bring:

  • Significant experience leading procurement activities and managing procurement systems.

  • Strong knowledge of Public Procurement Legislation and Standing Financial Instructions.

  • Experience planning and coordinating purchasing and systems work plans.

  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective project and people management skills.

  • The ability to prioritise competing demands and work effectively under pressure.

  • A collaborative approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality customer-focused services.

  • Experience using PCS Tender systems.

If you are passionate about procurement excellence, systems innovation, and leading high-performing teams, we would love to hear from you.
