Job summary: We are implementing a single Electronic Patient Record (EPR) as part of the NHS digital health initiative across the Norfolk and Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative (NWAHC). The collaborative comprises three acute hospitals in Norfolk and Waveney: James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (JPUH), Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH), and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust (QEH).

Role: EPRHR Business Partner Lead. You will shape the future of workforces across JPUH, NNUH and QEH in alignment with the Norfolk & Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative (NWAHC) EPR Programme.
This role requires a people-focused mindset, strong leadership and a deep understanding of how digital change impacts people, processes and organisational culture. You will formally report to the EPR Deputy Programme Director and work closely with the EPR Workforce Lead, as part of the wider EPR Workforce workstream. You will:
