Job summary

Freshfields is seeking an ePMO Finance Analyst to join the Enterprise PMO and govern the firm’s investment portfolio with precision and transparency.

You'll manage monthly project financials, prepare forecasts, and support budgeting while collaborating with project managers and senior stakeholders across functions. The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and process improvements within a global law firm.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in finance roles with a degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of accruals, prepayments, capitalization and amortisation.
• Experience with PMO or project finance is desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse large data sets and translate into clear insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly financial cycle for projects, including accruals, cost reclassifications, capitalization, and prepayments.
• Review project transactional data for accuracy and quality.
• Develop and maintain project cost and forecast models.
• Update portfolio-level reporting with monthly actuals and forecasts.
• Collaborate with senior resources to review project portfolios monthly.
• Support forecasting and cost tracking for property projects.
• Contribute to annual investment budgeting and business cases.
• Provide financial support for tax and audit, and training to project resources.
