KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Project Oversight and Governance: Ensuring projects adhere to established methodologies and governance structures to maintain consistency and quality.
2. Process Improvement: Continuously enhancing project management processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Resource Management: Optimising the allocation and utilisation of resources (time, people, budget) across projects and addressing resource issues.
4. Risk Management: Identifying risks, creating mitigation strategies, and monitoring/reporting risks throughout projects.
5. Support and Training: Providing guidance, mentorship, and training to project teams to ensure successful delivery.
6. Reporting and Communication: Maintaining transparent communication and reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders about project status, risks, and needs.
7. Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Quality Assurance: Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulations and policies.
9. Change Management: Leading and supporting change initiatives, ensuring proper management and communication of project changes.
