Job Description:

Our client, a leading firm specializing in enterprise business transformation, is seeking a talented and experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Senior Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and lead cloud-based transformation programs using state-of-the-art SaaS ERP solutions.

• Delivering compelling solutions for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to address complex client challenges.
• Leading business development and project delivery activities across various industries.
• Overseeing system design and delivery, including release management, integration management, and data migration strategies.
• Defining comprehensive EPM solutions that align with best practices to meet business requirements.
• Leading large and complex programs, managing planning, execution, and delivery of engagements. Overseeing client reports and ensuring quality assurance of work products.
• Identifying and managing risks, ensuring engagement assurance, and handling commercial risk management effectively.
• Leading large teams, mentoring team members, and fostering their development. Focus on coaching and skills transfer.
• Contributing to scaling the business by developing thought leadership papers and new methodologies.
• Establishing and developing relationships with clients and internal teams. Leading business development activities, including proposals and bids for future work.

Minimum requirements include a degree or equivalent, experience across multiple industry sectors (public sector, retail, higher education, financial services), and expertise in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle EPM Cloud products, including FP&A processes, EPM application design and implementation, and finance and accounting processes.

Additional skills include governance controls, change management, data modeling, master data management, and operating in a cloud environment. Eligibility for Security Check (SC) vetting is required. Candidates should have excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills, strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
