Job Title: EPM Techno-Functional Engineer

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - 2-3 days/week onsite)

Duration: 06+ Months

• Skilled and experienced in a wide variety of Tech Oracle Cloud solutions, with a particular focus on Oracle EPM, supporting a broad range of services including:
• Collaborating with Finance SMEs to understand their business objectives and EPM requirements, and working with the systems integrator to translate these into technical specifications.
• Reviewing and advising on the feasibility of technical designs, highlighting gaps or areas for improvement in line with Bank architecture and security constraints.
• Acting as the Bank's technical expert on the design and configuration of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting modules.
• Sharing technical expertise during workshops and training sessions with relevant stakeholders to educate on best practices, functionalities, and capabilities of Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• Supporting data integration efforts between Oracle EPM Cloud and other Bank systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Assisting in migrating existing EPM solutions to Oracle EPM Cloud, providing guidance on data migration and validation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and transition into BAU.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during implementation, working closely with Oracle Support as needed.
• Developing custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to meet the Bank's reporting requirements.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the Bank’s EPM processes and performance leveraging Oracle EPM Cloud functionalities.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience (2+ years or a minimum of one full implementation) as an Oracle EPM consultant, supporting or implementing Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting.
• Strong understanding of Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes.
• Exposure to EPM Data Integration, Data Management, and Business Rules.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Additional Advantages:

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Knowledge of other financial systems or ERP platforms.
• Relevant Oracle EPM Cloud certifications.
