Job Title: EPM Snr. Techno-Functional Engineer

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - 2-3 days/week onsite)

Duration: 06+ Months

Job Responsibilities

• Support a broad range of Oracle Cloud solutions, with a focus on Oracle EPM, collaborating with Finance SMEs and systems integrators to understand business objectives and technical specifications.
• Review and advise on technical designs, highlighting gaps or improvements in line with Bank architecture and security constraints.
• Act as the technical expert for Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting modules.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to share technical expertise with stakeholders, educating on best practices and functionalities.
• Support data integration efforts between Oracle EPM Cloud and other Bank systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in migrating existing EPM solutions to Oracle EPM Cloud, guiding data migration and validation.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless project delivery and transition into BAU.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation, working with Oracle Support as needed.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to meet reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance EPM processes and performance using Oracle EPM Cloud functionalities.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Oracle EPM consultant, with at least one full implementation supporting Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting.
• Strong understanding of Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes.
• Experience with EPM Data Integration, Data Management, and Business Rules.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Knowledge of other financial systems or ERP platforms.
• Relevant Oracle EPM Cloud certifications.
