Qualifications

• 3+ years as Developer/Business Analyst with Finance apps.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards.
• Experience with Oracle EPM/HFM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Oracle EPM, including metadata and reports.
• Train teams on Smart View reporting tools.
• Support external auditing processes related to HFM.

The Job

The role of the EPM Finance Systems Analyst is to maintain, support and continuously improve our Group Reporting and Consolidation Application “Oracle EPM”.

The position holder supports timely and accurate process delivery, diagnosing issues, cascading them to responsible departments and implementing solutions to increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of Oracle EPM (formerly HFM)
• Maintenance of metadata, developing rules and logics, creation, and support of reports (Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View) for the financial statements and maintenance of user access rights in HFM
• Provide HFM and Smart View reporting tool training to the teams of various Group companies worldwide.
• Main point of contact in connection with Smart View ad hoc analyses and HFM technical support
• Maintain and support the interfaces between HFM and other systems such as MS Dynamics AX and the financial software STRAVIS via FDMEE
• Support the Group Accounting and Business Controlling team with the consolidation of the financial statements and various technical adjustments.
• Main point of contact for external auditor in relation to HFM IT audit
• Project member of the upgrade from HFM to EPM (Oracle cloud)
  
  
  

What you Need to Succeed:

Essential Knowledge and Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience as Developer or Business Analyst on a Finance Consolidation or Finance Reporting application.
• Good understanding of Financial Reporting Standards
• Good communication skills with the ability to navigate and coordinate successfully within the company.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
  
  
  

Desired:

• Experience with / Knowledge of HFM or EPM
• Advanced German (written and spoken)
• Ability to work under pressure and work independently.
• Eye for details and a focus on accuracy
• Positive and open-minded with a “can do” attitude
• Very good communicator, with the ability and credibility to build relationships and to operate at all levels in a professional, courteous manner
