Job Overview:

The Application Analyst III supports the design, build, and support of the designated application. Responsibilities include workflow design, system configuration, documentation, installation, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, customer support, and on-call support during go-live and maintenance. They work independently, mentor junior analysts, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure optimal application performance.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree
• 5+ years Epic Willow build experience
• Ability to support, develop, and mentor others
• Experience with the specific customer base
• Self-directed work capability

Certifications and Licenses:

• Epic Willow certification (maintained through NVT)
• Clinical licensure preferred or required for certain applications

Essential Functions:

1. Application Design and Build: Design, build, optimize workflows, collaborate with teams, and ensure build standards.
2. Application Support: Provide go-live and post-implementation support, handle complex issues, and share knowledge.
3. Documentation and Communication: Maintain tickets, document decisions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
4. Project Management: Manage smaller projects, recommend process improvements, and develop testing materials.
