Job summary

University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH) is seeking an Electronic Health Records (EHR) System Analyst / Designer to join the EHR Team within our Patient Access & Flow group. You will support the Epic EHR and contribute to digital healthcare initiatives across MyChart and related systems.

The role requires NHS familiarity, Epic certification (or willingness to train to certification within six months), and a hybrid working pattern with at least one on-site day every two

Qualifications

• Epic certification (or willingness to undertake training to obtain certification within six months).
• Good understanding of NHS services and how digital technology can improve patient care.

Responsibilities

• Analyse processes and help define clinical best-practice standards and workflows within Epic.
• Modify Epic to reflect and support working practices in the organisation.
• Provide end-user support using specialist application knowledge and participate in regular meetings, incident investigations and resolutions.
• Contribute to the rolling upgrade programme to deliver new Epic features and functionality.
