Job summary

SER-IN in Reigate, Surrey, is seeking a Site Supervisor for a 16-month fixed term contract to manage a large office refurbishment focusing on a full EPC upgrade. You will coordinate sub-contractors on site, monitor daily progress, and ensure work meets health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have Mechanical or Electrical maintenance or installation background, hold a CSCS card, be able to read technical drawings, and be prepared to work a Monday-to-Friday site schedule from 8am to

Qualifications

Experience supervising maintenance or installation projects.
Able to commute to Reigate daily.
Knowledge of EPC would be a major advantage.
Must hold a CSCS card.
Strong knowledge of on-site health and safety.
Holding a mechanical or electrical qualification.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Happy to complete a fixed term contract of at least 16 months.
Willing to be paid via PAYE.
Must be able to complete the contract.

Responsibilities
