  • Supporting students with EBSA, ADHD, ASC, autism and additional SEN needs.
  • Creating a safe, supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable and confident.

  • Supporting emotional wellbeing, resilience, confidence and positive learning behaviours alongside academic progress.
  • Helping students work towards achievable goals in English, Maths and other relevant subjects.
  • Building positive relationships with students and working collaboratively with families and other professionals.
Who are we looking for?

  • Experienced SEN teachers, tutors, HLTA's and teaching assistants.
  • Retired teachers who want to continue making a meaningful difference.

  • Creative, patient and adaptable individuals who understand that every student learns differently.
  • Most importantly, you must be passionate about helping young people succeed at their own pace.
Why work through Academics?
  • Flexible tutoring opportunities to suit your availability.
  • The opportunity to make a genuine difference to students who need additional support.
  • The chance to deliver personalised tuition and see the impact of your work.
  • Opportunities to use your creativity and develop meaningful learning relationships.
