Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking an Enterprise Operating Model (EOM) Consultant to advise boards and executive teams on transforming operating models in a world of AI. You will shape how decisions are made, accountability flows, and work is distributed across human and AI teams.

You will join an international Accenture Strategy team, work across industries, and tackle qualitative organizational issues while benchmarking and analysing workforce data.

Qualifications

• Above-average university degree in economics, psychology, STEM or equivalent.
• Experience in consulting or professional services.
• Structured, solution-oriented thinker with attention to detail.
• Interest in technology and digital solutions.
