Job summary

The post holder will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the clinical audit and training department within the EOC.

Main duties of the job

Ensuring effective delivery of training and education programme to new and current CAS staff and ensuring a robust, fair, and effective quality assurance process for call clinical aspects of the EOCThe post holder will also be required to continually review the established systems and audits on a departmental wide basis to ensure that the organisation meets its local and national data quality standards.
