Leonardo UK is recruiting for EO/IR Systems Engineers across multiple grades in the UK, including Edinburgh and Newcastle. You will work on advanced electro-optic and infrared systems across GCAP, laser weapons, and IRCM, contributing to requirements, design, integration, and testing.

Qualifications

Experience applying systems engineering in EO/IR environments.
Strong track record in at least some of: requirements capture, system definition, modelling and analysis.
Experience across full systems engineering lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Capture and verify requirements for EO/IR technologies across lifecycle stages.
Apply systems engineering processes and improve lifecycle workflows.
Collaborate with project teams to design, build, and deliver EO/IR equipment.
Drive learning and improvement across UK engineering communities as change agent.
