  • Preparing and maintaining budgets throughout each event's lifecycle, including invoice approval
  • Liaising with suppliers (AV, Show Services), venues, and internal stakeholders
  • Providing first-class customer service to meet client goals
  • Developing proposals aligned with client objectives
  • Leading client planning meetings, pre-event, on-site, and post-event debriefs
  • Coordinating with designers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure high standards in live meetings and exhibitions
  • Overseeing live build processes

What you'll need to have …

  • A customer-centric approach to event delivery
  • Proficiency in event management software, project management tools, and Microsoft 365 (including Excel for complex spreadsheets)
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel nationally and internationally, managing busy show schedules
  • Experience working with Pharmaceutical/Healthcare clients is a plus
  • Strong commercial understanding to deliver projects on budget and schedule
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional service

We promote opportunities for learning, growth, training, and involvement in broader workstreams that enrich our work culture, along with various reward and recognition initiatives. Our benefits include:

  • Competitive compensation package
  • 25 days' annual leave plus public holidays
  • Volunteering leave
  • Private Medical and Life Insurance
  • Pension Scheme
