NHBC is hiring an Environments and Release Manager to own multi-environment estate management across Salesforce, Oracle and other platforms. We’re looking for an experienced Environments and Release Manager to take ownership of NHBC’s development, test, staging and production environments and lead our end-to-end release management process. You’ll play a key role in ensuring changes are delivered into live operation in a controlled, secure and repeatable way, while driving improvements to deployment automation, CI/CD and overall service stability. Working across platforms including Salesforce and Oracle, you’ll collaborate closely with DevOps, development and delivery teams to support the safe delivery of strategic change and help shape our environment and release management approach as the function continues to grow.
