Job Description

United Living Property Services is seeking a dedicated E&S Manager to spearhead our environmental & sustainability strategy & initiatives. You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and leading E&S strategies across our portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact our corporate E&S objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and making a lasting difference in the property services industry.

As the E&S Manager, you will be required to travel to various sites to carry out audits; therefore, travel is essential. You must be able to implement any recommended changes from audits, manage stakeholders effectively, and build strong relationships.

Preferred location: Swanley, but applications from candidates willing to work from other offices such as Thame, Wolverhampton, or Warrington will also be considered.
