Job Description

United Living Property Services is seeking a dedicated E&S Manager to spearhead our environmental & sustainability strategy & initiatives. You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and leading E&S strategies across our portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact our corporate E&S objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and making a lasting difference in the property services industry.

The E&S Manager will be required to travel to various sites for audits, so travel is essential. You will need to implement recommended changes, manage stakeholders effectively, and build strong relationships.

Ideally, the E&S Manager will be based out of Swanley but we will consider applicants from other offices such as Thame, Wolverhampton, and Warrington.
