ENVIRONMENTAL SUPPORT OFFICER

Contract: Fixed Term 18-month contract

Job Status: Full Time

Role and Responsibilities
  • Support the Environment and Climate Change Manager in the delivery of environmental programmes and compliance initiatives.
  • Contribute to project coordination, both in the office and on-site while liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Gather and analyse environmental data, support carbon accounting, and assist with planning and monitoring of environmental projects.
  • Support the implementation of the North Wales Healthy Travel Charter; attend relevant meetings and site visits across the Service area.
Contract Details

NWFRS Grade 05 £29,064 to £31,022 per annum

This post is funded for an 18-month period. Subject to future funding availability and organisational need, there may be opportunities to extend or make the role permanent, but this cannot be guaranteed.
