Job summary

Inspiring Search in Harrow is seeking a graduate/early-career Environmental & Supply Chain Coordinator to support ISO 14001 and carbon reporting initiatives. You will assist with supplier governance, purchasing controls and waste management while developing data dashboards.

The role offers mentorship and hands-on training, with a focus on accuracy, initiative and progression toward increased responsibility within environmental and supply-chain processes.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in environmental management or related field.
• Strong interest in environmental management, sustainability or supply chain.
• Excellent Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Professional communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support ISO 14001 EMS daily coordination, audits and reporting.
• Help develop ISO 14064-1 greenhouse-gas inventory and dashboards.
• Maintain Approved Supplier List and supplier performance records.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, assurance, and offboarding.
• Support purchasing, purchase orders and financial controls.
• Coordinate materials, stock, waste controls and PPE.
• Analyse supplier spend and data to identify cost savings.
• Build Excel trackers, dashboards and management reports.
