Senior Environmental Advisor - Warwickshire, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Reporting to the Environmental and Sustainability Manager, the Senior Environmental Advisor will play a key role in implementing Telent's Sustainability Strategy and supporting business units to meet waste and carbon reduction targets, customer expectations, ISO14001 standards, and legal requirements across our Rail and Asset Management divisions. This role involves up to 50% UK-wide travel.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide specialist advice to EHS teams and project leads on environment and sustainability matters.
• Support risk management through environmental assurance and audit programs.
• Assist in preparing sustainability and carbon reduction plans for contracts and bids.
• Maintain performance data and produce carbon management reports.
• Conduct reviews of environmental aspects and impacts, including climate change risks.
• Support project teams to embed sustainable practices throughout project lifecycles.

Who You Are:

Experienced in a similar Environmental & Sustainability role within industries such as Rail, Telecoms, Utilities, or Construction.
