Senior Environmental Advisor - Warwickshire, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Reporting to the Environmental and Sustainability Manager, the Senior Environmental Advisor will implement the Telent Sustainability Strategy, support Business Units in meeting waste and carbon reduction objectives, customer expectations, ISO14001, and legal requirements across Rail and Asset Management divisions. This role involves up to 50% UK-wide travel.

Responsibilities:

• Provide environmental and sustainability advice to EHS teams and project leads.
• Support risk management through environmental assurance and audit programs.
• Assist in preparing sustainability and carbon reduction plans.
• Develop and maintain performance data and carbon management reports.
• Review environmental aspects and impacts, including climate change risks.
• Embed sustainable practices throughout the Project Life Cycle.

Qualifications:

Experience in a similar role within Rail, Telecoms, Utilities, or Construction sectors.

Key Requirements:

• PIEMA qualification
• ISO14001:2015 Lead Auditor
• Experience advising on sustainability and environmental issues
• Proven impact reduction through product lifecycle management
• Experience managing complex projects
• Full driving license and willingness to travel UK-wide
