Commercial Property / Environmental Solicitor
Location - Bristol – Hybrid Working

Join a strong South West regional law firm that has established a strong connection in this sector and now hasa unique opportunity for a qualified solicitor to advise landowners on land regeneration, biodiversity enhancement, and environmental law, with a strong commercial property and planning emphasis.

About the role:

• Advise clients such as developers and landowners on environmental improvements and land use strategy
• Focus on natural capital, biodiversity net gain and regenerative land projects
• Support major planning and development schemes with an environmental dimension
• Draft and negotiate legal documentation for land transactions with environmental and commercial implications

What experience is required?

• 1-year PQE with experience in environmental, planning or commercial property law
• Background advising on land use, development or environmental regulation (or a strong interest in this evolving space)
• Experience in both advisory and transactional legal work
• A keen interest in environmental law and regulation
