Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is hiring an Environmental Services Tech III (Floor Tech)
This is a full-time, day shift position. We are seeking candidates with Floor Tech experience to work the day shift.
Responsibilities include maintenance of floors, practicing safe work habits through the appropriate use of chemicals, equipment, and cleaning applications such as mopping, scouring, scrubbing, stripping, and polishing. The role is cross-trained to EST I competencies to provide cleaning duties when necessary.
Minimum requirement: 1 year of housekeeping/ESD experience or equivalent in lieu of high school education.
