Job description

Come and join our Service Delivery Team as a Deputy Technical Services Officer. In this role, you will assist the Service Delivery Officers with the day-to-day management of information, undertake project work, and handle complex queries. You will also perform a range of administrative tasks to support all services within Environmental Services. The role involves working in a busy environment, responding to enquiries from various sources.

You should be able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Previous experience with a case management system would be advantageous. You must be familiar with data protection and proficient in MS Office/Office 365. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as you will communicate with service users, the public, and external organizations through various communication channels.

The Service Delivery Team is flexible and responsive, offering opportunities to develop your skills and gain experience in the service. The Environmental Services team provides an essential 24/7, 365-day-a-year service, so flexibility to work weekends and evenings may be required.
