Our client, a leading Oil & Gas Operator, is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their Decommissioning team.

Contribute to the UK’s goal of reaching Net Zero by 2050 by joining a leading Oil & Gas Operator's Decommissioning Team. Play a key role in safely retiring and repurposing offshore oil and gas assets.

You will ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards, working closely with technical teams to streamline approvals, manage risk assessments, and engage with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and track Environmental Permit applications and compliance reports
• Draft Environmental & Safety sections in decommissioning plans and close-out reports
• Manage risk assessments (HAZID, ENVID) and promote continuous improvements
• Ensure regulatory requirements are captured, updated, and met
• Lead audits, sustainability initiatives, and contractor compliance efforts

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional written English and strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills
• A proactive approach with confidence to foster a positive compliance culture
• Familiarity with MS Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems

Location: Norwich, working Monday to Friday, 37.5-hour week.
