Responsibilities

• Investigate noise, pests and pollution-related complaints
• Draft letters, update complainants and review evidence
• Conduct site visits, install noise monitoring equipment and witness disturbances
• Support Environmental Health Officers on complex investigations
• Take enforcement action under relevant environmental legislation when required
