Job summary

The Oyster Partnership is assisting a local authority by providing an experienced Environmental Protection Officer for a 10-week contract. The role offers up to 30 hours per week with hybrid working and an immediate start to hit the ground running.

Candidates with Environmental Protection experience and PWS risk assessment exposure are preferred, with the ability to manage a personal caseload with minimal supervision. Flexible patterns and a 4 or 5-day week are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Environmental Protection is essential.
• Private Water Supply risk assessments highly desirable.
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support with backlog in Environmental Protection services.
• Undertake Private Water Supply risk assessments where possible.
