KOMAN Government Solutions (KGS) is looking for a dedicated Environmental Project Manager based in Exton, PA, on a hybrid work schedule. The PM will collaborate with DoD clients on environmental investigations, remediation, O&M, and LTM projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing environmental projects for Federal clients, is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, resourceful, and performs well under pressure.

  • Develop cost estimates based on customer scope of work and assist in project costing
  • Support business development, proposal pricing, and marketing efforts
  • Prepare subcontractor/vendor solicitations and review proposals
  • Prepare technical and price proposals for projects
  • Manage procurement, scheduling, and project deliverables
  • Support project management activities as assigned
  • Implement safety and quality control measures
  • Coordinate project from start to finish
  • Perform operational tasks efficiently
  • Identify issues and suggest improvements
  • Manage budgets and schedules
  • Track project progress and communicate with team
  • Oversee project financials, contracts, and payments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Professional registration (PE or PG) preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience
  • Experience with federal government contracting preferred
