We're seeking a Environmental Project Manager to join our Environmental Division-a fast-paced, technically skilled team delivering essential work across aquatic, terrestrial, and atmospheric environments. This role sits within our Customer Programmes team, where you'll manage complex projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients, communities, and the planet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, lead, and coordinate end-to-end project delivery-on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and managing expectations
  • Manage risk, resources, contracts, and compliance, while promoting best practice across the PMO
  • Lead on reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement activities
  • Contribute to commercial development through insights, proposals, and client engagement

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP)
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Gantt chart planning
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and committed to high-quality delivery
  • Desirable: IEMA membership and/or NEBOSH Environmental Management Diploma
